This house is beautifully located right next to the coast on northern Öland. The beach is only a few hundred meters away, and from here there's wonderful views over Kalmar. The surroundings are well known for its scenic nature with everything from cliffs to sandy beaches and sea stacks. Northern Öland has a lot to explore. Popular destinations include Böda Sand and Byxelkrok, offering a range of activities such as fishing, kayaking, hiking, restaurants, golf, etc. The house is located right next to the owners house, and the plot is large with a kept lawn outside the house.
