When the midnight sun shines its red light on the surrounding landscape during clear summmer nights, you will want to sit on the terrace all night long and enjoy the view. The rocks along the shoreline are good for inshore fishing. The untouched nature along the sea and in the mountain is great for hiking. This place is also a good starting point for day excursions with car around Lofoten. 10 km to the town Leknes with shops, bakery and restaurants. The island Grimsøya has a 9 hole golf course and sandy beaches for the children to play on and go swimming.
