Charming cottage with rural and unobtrusive location on southwest Orust. Here you live in very beautiful nature on a spacious plot bordering forests and meadows. Ideal for the smaller family or group who want to live in a scenic and seaside environment with proximity to many sights and attractions on the West Coast.

The cottage was built at the end of the 19th century and then rebuilt and extended in stages where most of it is in the 70s style. Charming kitchen with dining area and the old wood stove as a nice interior detail. Two bedrooms each with two single beds where the larger has a low ceiling, about 190 cm and the other has the single beds next to each other. Living room with dining furniture, sofa and TV with terrestrial channels. Bathroom with shower & WC and small porch with wicker furniture. Two bicycles are available on loan.

Lovely plot with large lawn for play and games, several different outdoor furniture and sun loungers that you can enjoy in completely unobtrusive. To cozy Nösund it is approx. 7 km. The small town was previously a well-known seaside resort and is now a well-preserved community with two nice bathing spots, one of Bohuslän's finest tennis courts and excellent hiking trails close to the knots. Here is also the well-known Nösunds Värdshus with a good restaurant and entertainment by famous artists.

Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr which can be reached by free car ferry with crossing in just 3 minutes. Lyrön was formerly called a Bohuslän in miniature with its bare, barren sea side and green, leafy inside. Here are ancient monuments from the Bronze Age, idyllic, green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing places. On the island there is also the well-visited Restaurant Bryggvingen which also has a fish shop and is open in summer.

The summer at Orust offers many goodies in the form of festivals and events. The city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg 80 km. Extra bed suitable for children is available on request.
