A spacious holiday home in a very good location on the Halland coast. Only a short walk takes you to the 3 km long sandy beach.

You live in a quiet cottage area, a corner plot that borders a wonderful nature reserve. A perfect holiday home for the large family or two families who want to holiday together.

The cottage consists of two adjoining parts, an original and a newer. Of these, there are two kitchens, a smaller one with a retro character and a modern one with a dishwasher etc.

From the entrance you have a bathroom to the left with shower and washing machine. The spacious, open and bright living room has comfortable seating, a dining area and an open modern kitchen. There is also a wonderfully warming fireplace for a bit chilly spring and autumn evenings. TV and free wifi included. Here you also have access to a large terrace which is partly covered. The U-shaped cottage gives you both protection from wind, shade and privacy.

The right part also contains a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Through the living room you come to the second part of the cottage. There is a bedroom (walk-through room) with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful little extra kitchen, preserved and refreshed with a retro character. At the far end is a spacious bedroom with two single beds. Here you also have access to the courtyard and patio. There is also a small covered terrace. With entrance from the outside there is an annex with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is also an outdoor shower with solar heated water, good after salty baths.

Haverdal's cottage areas are beautifully situated with forest areas, and close to a large lovely beach. To the north, nature is mixed with pastures for sheep, heather-clad rocky moors. Haverdal nature reserve also extends south along the shore to Lynga. There are several walking paths and a rich bird life. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here you will find a large selection of entertainment, including Äventyrslandet, many restaurants, cafés and a large selection of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area, the closest being Haverdal Golf Club.
