A bedroom with two single beds very tastefully decorated. Real WC / shower area with washing machine and here too everything is new. From the house's hall there is a direct exit to the large glazed conservatory with dining area, sun loungers and a nice lake view. Certainly a given place both early mornings and beautiful evenings with the sea just 100 meters below. Adjacent to the conservatory is the large (approx. 50 sqm) sun terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and ball grill. The house also includes a guest cottage of 20 sqm where there is a small living room with sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed. Triple kitchen and WC / shower area. Everything in perfect order and safe for a couple who wants to be able to be a little to themselves. Around the house there are lawns for play and games, nice stone areas with flowers and plants.

Down to the familiar and cozy beach it is about 200 meters and here is a sandy beach, lawns, jetty and play equipment. In to the picturesque town of Västervik with many sights, events, shopping and restaurants it is about 7 km. Here you can rent a boat for your own trip in the archipelago or book a boat trip to the outermost sea belt. Just outside Västervik's center is the large municipal beach Lysingsbadet with a shallow sandy beach, restaurant and bathing landscape. As a day trip, it may be appropriate to visit the two cities Oskarshamn and Söderköping with all their charm. Within an hour's drive there are three moose parks to visit.

For the slightly younger ones, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby and Kolmården Zoo is a must. To Vimmerby it takes about 45 minutes by car and to Kolmården about 1.5 hours. Welcome to a cottage in top condition and with a nice view of the sea!
