Built in 2002 and in a Swedish style, this end terraced house has a unique location in beautiful and calm surroundings in the exclusive holiday home area of Blåvandslyst, white small rivers and white bridges, close to shops, restaurants, a bowling centre and the spectacular beach. These beautiful clustered two-storey houses have a private parking spot outside the house and a large closed terrace with garden furniture. The living room is furnished with modern and classical furniture, a wood-burning stove, a cable TV and a DVD-player. The modern kitchen has a dish washer, an electric cooker and a coffee maker. The bathroom is provided with a whirlpool for 2 persons, a shower cubicle, tiled floor with underfloor heating and a direct entrance to the sauna. The washing machine and dryer are placed in the large scullery. There are two bedrooms with double beds, one on each floor. No letting to youth groups.
