The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, a practical kitchen, and a comfortable double bedroom.

The first floor offers a second living area—perfect for a quiet TV room or a small workspace—along with a bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, making it a great setup for families. Please note that due to the house's original architecture, it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties or wheelchair users. Outside, the property sits on a massive 2,600 m² natural plot surrounded by trees, offering plenty of privacy, a swing for children, and a terrace for outdoor dining.

Guests staying at this cottage enjoy the added benefit of free access to the water park and bowling (excluding shoe rental) at the Ho Holiday and Activity Centre. Located just 1.5 km from local shopping and 2 km from the coast, this home offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to local amenities. It is a non-smoking property and is not available for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
