In this lake-rich and hilly landscape lies this fine house, in the small mill town of Överum with only 1.5 km to the sea. The house is located in a residential area with a garden to sit and enjoy with trees, flowers and berry bushes you can pick off when it is season. If you are in the house during the spring, you experience when the trees are in their beautiful bloom.

The house has a good floor plan with living room with fireplace, fresh bathroom, kitchen, and the master bedroom on the lower floor. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a small toilet.

Two women's bicycles can be borrowed to explore the surroundings and all the lakes around. Down in the center are the old mill houses left and the nice church which is located in the middle and which was owned by the mill at first. In the center there is a grocery store and restaurant as well as a large flea market which is very popular. In the center is also the station where you can get to both Linköping, Åtvidaberg and Västervik, the train has daily departures.

With Överrum as a starting point, you are close to many excursions. The sea and the town of Gamleby are about 1.5 km, Gamleby is known for its many flea markets. To the cozy archipelago town of Västervik it is about 40 km and from here boats go out to the various islands that you can visit, among others. to the child-friendly and large island Hasselö with sandy beach and restaurant. Idea with the archipelago's perhaps most beautiful outdoor seating. In Västervik there is also shopping and a large selection of restaurants.

From Västervik it is only 45 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby and from Västervik you can also go by boat over to Gotland. To Loftahammar it is about 2.5 km, a cozy place by the sea with boating and restaurants and a nice cafe.
