Welcome to a lovely house located in Österskär, an archipelago municipality close to the Baltic Sea. Only 100 meters down to the lake with its own jetty, perfect for a refreshing morning dip before breakfast.

This is a detached villa, the owners dispose of the upper floor for their own part when they are at home, they live elsewhere during the summer, but can come home a few times. Completely soundproofed, so you do not notice that you are sharing a house.

A fresh and well-furnished home with all the amenities you could possibly need. Just 300 meters along the water is the lovely sea bath with long sandy beach, restaurant and kiosk. If you want to go into Stockholm, you have the Roslagsbanan about 300 meters from the house, the cozy train takes you to Stockholm C in 40 minutes. Åkersberga has a large shopping center with grocery stores, clothes, system companies and some really good restaurants.
