This cozy holiday home is situated privately on a large natural plot near the Limfjord. The focus here is on peace, quiet, and quality time in beautiful natural surroundings. The house has an older, simple interior and is well suited for guests who value the location, nature, and relaxation over modern luxury.

From the living room, there is direct access to the open terrace, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings throughout the day. The house is also equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Limfjord. The town of Skive is approximately 15 km from the house and offers shops, restaurants, Skive Water Park, and the local harness racing track.

Please note:

Not rented to youth groups. Not rented to groups of tradespeople/workers. To protect the grounds, please avoid driving on the grassy areas.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
