The kitchen flows seamlessly into the bright and inviting living room, where large windows flood the space with natural light.

The living area features a cozy wood-burning stove, a TV with Chromecast, and a comfortable sofa setup where everyone can unwind together.

Cozy Sleeping Quarters Upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—ideal for families or small groups. The practical bathroom includes a washing machine, so you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

Outdoor Enjoyment Step outside to a large, open terrace—perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying al fresco meals, or simply relaxing on long summer evenings.

Please note: The house is not rented out to youth or construction worker groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
