Lovely, spacious holiday home in a wonderful location just 1 km from the Michelin restaurant OKE at Ruths Hotel.

Beautiful black-painted holiday home of 115 m² arranged on one level, ideal for the large family. The house features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area with ample dining space and a comfortable lounge area, where the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere all year round.

The property offers two beautiful, newly renovated bathrooms with modern materials and plenty of space. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a sauna, providing the opportunity for relaxation and wellness after an active day. Practical utility room with washer and dryer column and good storage space.

Outside, you will find a lovely large wooden terrace, partly covered, with good shelter from the wind, several sunny seating areas, and a wonderful secluded natural plot.

It is possible to charge an electric car using the installed 11 kW charger.

Four comfortable bedrooms with a flexible layout make the house suitable for both families and several generations travelling together.

THE AREA:
The holiday home is located a short distance from The Buried Church, which tells the story of the drifting sands of earlier times. On the way, you pass the Natural History Museum Skagen, located in the former Højen Station, from where summer visitors were once transported onward to the seaside hotels in Old Skagen.

Only 3 km to the north lies Skagen, offering a wide selection of shops, arts and crafts, cafés and restaurants. Also visit Grenen, Denmark’s northernmost point, as well as Skagens Museum. A break at Skagen Bryghus with a local beer is highly recommended.

The day ends at Sunset Square, where locals and visitors gather to enjoy the sunset – preferably with an ice cream or a coffee from the kiosk.
