This summer house is located just a stone’s throw from the beach — one of the closest stays to the shoreline you’ll find in the area. With a terrace at the front of the house, you can sit back and enjoy direct views of the water, whether you're sipping your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening sun.

The house is compact but well-designed for up to 6 people. It features a combined living room and kitchen area, as well as small yet functional bedrooms. All beds measure 180x70 cm, making it a comfortable option for families or small groups. A bathing jetty is available during the summer months for easy access to the sea.

This property offers a relaxed and cozy holiday atmosphere close to nature and the sea. Please note that the house is not rented to groups of craftsmen, ensuring a quiet and respectful environment for all guests.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
