Grandfathers cottage

The Vacation house is privately owned and is located 5 km outside Faaborg on the way to Svendborg.
The house is situated in the first row and has a fantastic view over the south Funen island sea.
From the large wooden terrace you can relax and enjoy a cool drink, while you look over on the islands of Avernakø and Bjørnø.
The house is placed on an approx. 1200 sqm. ground, so there is a good opportunities to play football with the children or jump on the big trampoline.
The house is spacious and consists of a beautiful living room with a huge south facing window section, a well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, a bed room, a walk-through room with cupboards and a 1 floor with the master bed room.
The house is primarily suitable for a family with 2-3 children, there is however a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
