Large wooden deck with a brilliant lake view runs around the entire property and here is the hot tub submerged in the terrace for pleasant relaxation. Otherwise, the grounds are flat and child-friendly.

Inside, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating. In all wet areas there is white Italian Tarantino marble. A solid oak plank floor in the living room, all bedrooms, kitchen and inner hall. The 45 m² living room has a ceiling height of over 5.5 meters and there is a Danish wood-burning stove in the middle of the room. A 65-inch flat-screen TV with DVD and satellite channels hangs on the wall. Recessed spotlight throughout the house with fixtures from Floss & Jung.

White high-gloss kitchen with black granite worktop, fully equipped with, among other things, a double fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction hob. In the dining room there is a French, massive country table, with dining space for up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a double bed from CarpeDiem and access to the back of the terrace. A beautiful crystal chandelier, flat-screen TV and DVD player hang from the ceiling. In bedroom 2, there is also a double bed, 50 inch TV and brilliant lake view. Bedroom 3 is also equipped with a queen size bed and TV on the wall. In the loft there is another 120 cm bed and a desk.

On the 195 m² wooden deck, there are several lounge chairs, four outdoor groups with space for up to 10 people and barbecue facilities with both a gas grill and a charcoal grill. A practical outdoor kitchen with sink and concrete worktop makes cooking outside a joy.

On the plot there is a 25 m2 annex equipped with a wood-burning sauna, shower and a gym with TRX system, dumbbells, barbell, pilates balls and music system by docking an iPhone.

The villa is located in a wonderful natural area with nice pastures, hiking and cycling trails. by the lake there is a sandy beach and jetty with a bathing ladder for those of you who like to swim. The private boat with associated electric motor is also moored here. Fishing is free in a certain part of lake Malsnaren, for fishing in other nearby watercourses a fishing license is required.

Bicycles can be rented from the owner for a fee, information can be found in the guest folder.

Entertainment, attractions and shopping can be reached in most cities within a comfortable distance. To Stockholm; about an hour's drive. Skavsta airport 55 km.
