Holiday home with an open-plan kitchen connected to a large living room and 1 large bathroom.
In the house itself there are 3 bedrooms (all rooms have 2 box mattresses) and an annex with 2 beds (also 2 box mattresses).The house has one of the most beautiful locations in Teglgårdsparken, right next to the protected meadow.The house has had a heat pump installed in December 2023.
Teglgårdsparken has a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There are many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where you can also fish.
