Welcome to this beautiful holiday home in Lyngså with an attractive location - close to water and forest.

At the end of a closed road directly to the Professor's Plantage is this beautiful and atmospheric holiday home - "Lynghytten", where both the bathroom and kitchen have been renovated in 2021.

The house, which has 3 bedrooms (6 pers), is 67m2 with a great floor plan: entrance hall with access to bathroom with laundry arrangement and washer/dryer and "master bedroom" to one side.

To the other side is the heart of the house; the spacious kitchen-dining room and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything for a great dinner and all white goods. The living room is cozy and spacious with comfortable furniture in several sections as well as a wood-burning stove, air-to-air pump and double terrace door leading to a covered terrace.

There is a TV with Stofa TV package and wifi.

In connection with the living room, there is access to 2 further rooms: Both with ¾ bed and storage.

The house has a 10m2 covered terrace with lounge furniture and a large wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and 2 sunbeds. Relaxation and family time are definitely decided here.

The house is located on a natural plot where animals can be seen. There is direct access to the Professor's Plantage and by path along the plantation direct access to the beach (500m).

Sæby with its harbor environment, rich shopping opportunities, super markets and great restaurants is 8 km away.

Sæby golf club is only 9.5 km away with beautiful nature and surroundings.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

5-7 days (2 times water) DKK 750.
8-11 days (3 times water) DKK 1000.
12-14 days (4 times water) DKK 1250.

The tub is cleaned by the tenant - otherwise a cleaning fee of DKK 500 will be charged.
