Child-friendly house with high standard amenities and wonderful ocean views. Marstrand is only a few kilometers away. The house is located on an elevated and secluded plot in a small summer house area. There's two lovely terraces, and the outside area consists of a natural plot and a lawn. Only 250 meters to the child-friendly bay with swimming possibilities, a larger beach can be found at Skräddarön. The house consists of two floors, with one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs you will also find the modern kitchen which recently have been remodeled, a playroom, washing machine, and a separate toiled and shower.
