Quality house located at the end of closed road a few minutes walk from the great, child-friendly lake. The house has every facility required for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. There is 30/30 fibre-optic broadband. Access to the terrace from the large kitchen-dining area with comfortable underfloor heating. Spacious bedrooms with good beds, mezzanine and 2 bathrooms, one has sauna and large whirlpool. In the area you will find a large shared area for ball games. There are 2 high chairs and 2 cots. There is a ban on fishing in Kvie Sø but you may fish in the marsh area south of the lake. There is a shelter and new enclosed terrace. There is an herb garden with improved tiling and planting.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
