Bright and well-furnished holiday cottage at Grønhøj Strand. There is open concept living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, mezzanine and a bathroom with underfloor heating. Open terrace surrounding the house as well as a small, covered west-faced terrace. There is a air-to-air heat pump which helps make the energy costs low. Due to the large window sections the house is very bright in a typical Danish cottage style. The terrace has direct access to the level plot where you can play ball and there is a small fireplace as well as a swing set. The plot is an open natural plot. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
