Central and close to the sea nicely furnished villa with guest house, located 400 meters from the sea in Torslanda and only a couple of hundred meters to the bus that takes you to Gothenburg and all sights such as Liseberg and Avenyn.

Entrance on the gable of the house you enter the hall where you have the stairs that lead up to the upper floor directly to the left and below it there is a toilet with sink. To the right you enter the living room with cozy sofa and TV. Inside there is another sofa with armchair where you can sit down and read a book and enjoy the wood burning stove in the evening. Directly adjacent is a glazed conservatory with furniture for dinner or breakfast. Directly from the hall is the kitchen with dining area and 2 bar stools overlooking the plot.

Upstairs there is a hall with wardrobe and inside is the bedroom with a double bed (180cm) and a single bed (80cm).

The plot is solid with both lawn and mountains. Terrace with pavilion and outdoor furniture and barbecue. A few steps up is a secluded hot tub with a temperature of 27 degrees. On the plot there is a guest house which has 1 double bed (180cm) and a single bed (80cm). To simplify and not disturb those who live inside the house, there are both toilets, sinks and showers in the basement.

The neighbors closest have 2 smaller children who love to play with new friends. The area is very bike and kickbike friendly so feel free to bring these. Nearby there are fantastic bathing places both for smaller children and for rock baths. Free ferry goes a couple of hundred meters from the house that takes you out into the northern archipelago and all the sights that are here. Pack your picnic or stop at Hönö Klåva and have lunch at one of the fine restaurants with today's catch or pancakes for the kids. You must not miss visiting the roof of Franses to enjoy a glass to the thump of the fishing boats leaving the harbor.

The city of Gothenburg offers a variety of attractions in the form of Liseberg, Universeum, Museum, Paddanbåtarna, Vinga, Stena Line and trips to Denmark. Yes, there is everything for everyone regardless of the season here in beautiful Gothenburg.
