Close to Ebeltoft town and near the beach, you will find this spacious, well-maintained, and continuously modernized holiday home. The house is elevated in the northern part of the large holiday home area between Ebeltoft and Øer. Large, northwest-facing tiled terrace with a lovely conservatory where you can enjoy lunch and the view regardless of the weather, as well as a delightful, secluded, south-facing tiled terrace. Here, there are garden furniture and a grill.
You enter directly into the large living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, comfortable sofa corner, TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, and a separate dining area for 6 people with a view of the garden. In open connection with the living room, there is a really nice, well-equipped kitchen with ample workspace and a stove with ceramic hobs and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. From the kitchen, there is also an exit to the conservatory. The house accommodates 6 sleeping places distributed among 2 good bedrooms with double beds and 1 slightly smaller room/annex with an entrance from the conservatory. New, regular bathroom with a shower, cabinet arrangement, and washing machine. There are, among other things, darts, a foosball table, and table tennis available in the newly furnished activity section, and there is internet in the house. Firewood can be purchased from the owner for the wood-burning stoves.
The Øer area is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy beach, although in certain places, the beach may be a mix of stones and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, you'll find a 13 km long trail in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. From the house, it's about a 5-minute drive to the harbor in Ebeltoft where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbor also offers several good dining options, and there is always the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you'll find many exciting shops with, among other things, handicrafts, as well as small cozy cafes. Here, you'll also find the city's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Summerland.
